The error journal

Every wrong answer a student makes becomes a note in their Error Journal, grouped by the weakness behind it. Open the Error Journal page, or a student's profile, to see their misses by skill and domain, and whether they have written their own takeaway on each. It turns a pile of wrong answers into the student's next targeted set.
