Open a classroom in one click

From the Assignments page, every assignment row has an Open Classroom button that opens a session with that assignment already selected, so you never hunt for an ID. The Open Classroom button at the top of the page opens a fresh chooser, where you pick any assignment or practice set and whether it runs Live or as Assignment Review.
