Talk to us
A 15-minute walkthrough.
Not a discovery call and not a sales sequence. You show us how your program runs today, we show you the same workflow in VindicaOS, and you decide whether it is worth a pilot.
What to expect.
So you know what you are agreeing to before you send the email.
How long
Fifteen minutes, and we hold to it. If you want to go longer we will, but nothing here needs more than fifteen to decide on.
Who should come
Whoever assigns the homework and whoever talks to the parents. Those are the two jobs the product changes most, and they ask the sharpest questions.
What we cover
Your cohorts and how they would map, what your existing question bank and past mock data would carry over, and what the first two weeks actually look like.
What it costs
Nothing to talk, nothing to try. Commercial organizations pay $10.99 per active student when they add real ones, with no setup fees or credits. Qualifying nonprofits and under-resourced schools are free.
What we will not do
No commitment asked for on the call, no card, and no drip sequence afterward. If it is not a fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Security and data questions
Bring them. Our security overview and Data Processing Agreement are both public, so you can read them before we ever speak.
Applying for free school access.
Registered nonprofits and under-resourced schools run the full platform at no cost. The check is deliberately light, because the schools that need this most have the least time to spend proving it.
Three lines is enough
Your school, who you serve, and roughly how many students would use it. If you are a registered nonprofit, add the registration number and that is the whole application.
Usually same day
We confirm eligibility and open your workspace with the free status already applied, so you never enter a card or start a clock that runs out.
We will tell you plainly
Commercial academies and tutoring studios pay $10.99 per active student per month. We would rather say that in the first reply than let you build a term plan on the wrong assumption.
Or just open it and look.
A free workspace comes with a demo student already loaded with practice history, mock scores, and reports. You can test the classroom, homework, and parent reports without talking to anyone, and nothing reaches a real student until you invite them.
