Occasionally an item is filed under the wrong session, so it does not appear where you expect. The fastest fix is Help & support in the sidebar: describe what is missing, and it checks your academy and repairs known filing issues automatically, then tells you what it fixed. If it cannot fix it, it flags our team with a 12-hour commitment.
