A score or report looks wrong

Equated scores can differ from a raw percentage because harder items are worth more, so a lower raw score on a hard form can still scale higher. If a specific question looks mis-keyed, flag it from the question detail; keys are only ever changed by a human, never automatically. For anything that still looks off, contact support with the student and mock.
